Police Investigate Damage To Pleasant Valley Town Hall POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- New York State Police from Poughkeepsie are investigating damage done to Pleasant Valley Town Hall.  An unknown suspect, or suspects, damaged the Town Hall's vinyl siding and stucco by throwing rocks at it during some point between 4 p.m. on March 23 and 6 a.m. on March 24.  The damage is estimated to be around $3,500.
