Bedford Resident Charged With Multiple Traffic Violations In Yorktown YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 25-year-old Bedford man was pulled over for speeding by the Yorktown Police Department on June 23 -- and he ended up with five total charges. Police pulled Louis Vitucci over for speeding along East Main Street, the police report noted. The officer ran a routine check on his license and discovered that it had been allegedly suspended -- for failing to pay a fine, failing to answer a summons and failing to pay the driver responsibility assessment. The clinics will be on Sunday, July 10, and Sunday, July 24, with sessions for different age ranges.
