Powerful Nor'Easter Brings Flood Watch, High Winds To Fairfield FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- A powerful Nor’easter bore down on Fairfield County on Monday afternoon and raised fears of flooding and power outages heading into the evening.
