Rothman was born in Englewood, and he lived there until the fifth grade, when his family moved to Tenafly. He returned to Englewood in 1977 and opened his own law firm there in 1980. John E. Tarakjian, 62, Clifton Resident CLIFTON, N.J. -- John E. Tarakjian, of Clifton, died on Wednesday, Oct. 12. He was 62. Before he retired, Tarakjian worked in the maintenance division for Passaic County. He was a parishioner of St. Paul Church in Clifton.
