Montvale Street Fair Postponed Until October MONTVALE, N.J. -- The Montvale Street Fair, set for Sunday, June 5, was called off, due to a forecast for torrential rains. It has been rescheduled for October. The Montvale Chamber of Commerce called it a difficult decision and thanked event sponsors, in a Friday Facebook post. JC Promotions noted that if the event had gone on and the weather didn't turn out to be a safety concern, "it would probably be an aggravating day of on and off rain, creating a mediocre event for all concerned." The street fair will now be held Oct. 23.
