Two Elderly Westchester Men Charged With Having Sex In Public Four elderly men, two of whom are from Westchester, and one from Putnam, have been arrested on charges of engaging in sexual activity in a public place, the Danbury, Conn., Police Department said late last week. Members of the Community Conditions Unit set up surveillance in response to numerous complaints about public indecency in the area of the Mill Plain Road commuter lot and the Farrington Woods Recreational Park on Mill Plain Road near the New York border off I-84. Diana R. Grass, 86, Ossining Resident OSSINING, N.Y. -- Diana R. (Ruffalo) Grass died on Saturday, July 2. She was 86.Born in Mount Vernon, Grass graduated from Davis High School. A trained nursing assistant, she volunteered her time to care for abandoned infants at the New York Foundling. She worked at American Airlines' personnel department before raising her family. Later in her life, Grass returned to volunteering, spending 25 years at Phelps Memorial Hospital. He is half of a pair of Shih Tzus that were missing from near Tinker Hill and Oscawana Lake roads over the weekend. Bella, seen on the left in the photo above, has been found and reunited.
