Construction Continues, To Calm Traffic Around Pelham HS PELHAM, N.Y. -- A bit of construction chaos continues in Pelham, but the Pelham Public School District aims to increase pedestrian safety around Pelham Memorial High School. The district shared a few photos of the construction in a Monday Facebook post. The district noted that it had worked with three municipalities on the project, which "includes a designated drop-off area, more signage at the crosswalks and additional parking spaces in the circle."
