Darien To Go Even More Green With 30 New Plantings By Tree Conservancy DARIEN, CONN. -- Tree Conservancy of Darien coordinated the delivery of 30 trees donated by Planters Choice Nursery for planting in town. The conservancy will plant trees at the Town Hall baseball field, Pear Tree Beach and other locations in which trees fell due to storms, disease, and construction. Funds for the trees became available through donations to the nonprofit agency.
