Putnam County Real Estate Sees Mixed Results In 3rd Quarter PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Third quarter real estate sales figures released Tuesday showed sales increasing but prices falling in Putnam County. The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors’ report showed a 3.1 percent increase in homes sold in Putnam County compared to the third quarter in 2013. For the third quarter, the median sale price of a single family house in Putnam was $320,000, a decrease of 3.8 percent from the same time period last year. For the year, sales fell 3.5 percent for the four counties included in the report compared to the first three quarters of 2013. “The real story …
