Phyllis Ratliffe, 93; Pound Ridge Resident Served In Navy In WW II POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- Phyllis Corinne Ratliffe, 93, of Blue Ash, Ohio, a longtime Pound Ridge resident, died Jan. 9. The youngest of three children, she was born to Genevieve and Robert More on Aug. 21, 1921 and raised in St. Paul, Minn.
