Rowers From Westport, Fairfield Named To National U23 Team WESTPORT, Conn. -- Rowers from Westport and Fairfield were named to the United States Under-23 team that will represent the country in the World Rowing Under 23 Championships July 22-26, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Elizabeth Youngling and Max Meyer-Bosse, both of whom competed for Saugatuck Rowing Club, were among the rowers selected to the team, which will compete in 20 events.
