Norwalk Babe Ruth Hosts 11-Year-Old State Tournament NORWALK, Conn. — Norwalk Cal Ripken Baseball will host the 11 year-old Connecticut State Baseball Championship Tournament beginning this weekend at Devine Field. The tournament will feature the state’s top eight 11 year-old Cal Ripken teams based on district qualifying tournaments earlier this month. The double elimination tournament will be held July 18-25 at Tim Devine Field, 32 Midrocks Drive. Norwalk Cal Ripken 11s Win West Division Of State Tournament DANBURY, Conn. — With a 2-0 victory over Greenwich on Sunday at Danbury’s Rogers Park, Norwalk Cal Ripken’s 11 year old all-star team won the Connecticut West Division pool play tournament and clinched a No. 1 seed for the Connecticut State Championship Tournament beginning Saturday, July 18 at Tim Devine Field in Norwalk.
