Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

South Jersey Man Pleads Guilty To Robbing Metro PCS Store: Prosecutor A 44-year-old man from Pleasantville has pleaded guilty to robbing a Metro PCS store, authorities said. Victor Goldman is expected to be sentenced to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. During his guilty plea, Goldman admitted to robbing a Pleasantville Metro PCS store at gunpoint on December 18, 2022, the prosecutor said. He demanded money from the store clerk. Police later located Goldman with $940 cash which were the proceeds from the robbery. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 13.
