Saratoga County resident Michael Arnold, age 65, of Schuylerville, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 1 for the third time in less than a year. Have You Seen Her? Alert Issued For Missing Capital Region Woman Police are asking for help in locating a woman from the region who was reported missing. Rensselaer County resident Terry Bass, age 40, was last seen in the Lansingburgh area, according to Troy Police. Detectives did not say when she was last seen or provide a specific location in Lansingburgh. Bass is 5-foot-2 and 110 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Walter Antonio Portillo Rivera, age 28, of Huntington Station, was reported missing on Monday, Jan. 29, according to Suffolk County Police. A relative told detectives that Rivera hasn’t been seen or heard from since Nov. 6, 2023.
