A 25-year-old woman was killed inside her apartment in the region and police have arrested her ex-boyfriend on murder charges. Saratoga Springs Police said someone called 911 at around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, reporting a deceased woman at the Vanderbilt Terrace apartments, located on Vanderbilt Avenue.
