Alberto Silvo-Garcia, 46, pleaded guilty to one count of the charge before U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Alker Meyer in New Haven. Silva-Garcia, who has been in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody since October 2016, illegally re-entered the United States nearly a dozen times since 1999.
