Bergen County Freeholders Award $86,000 In Arts Grants HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco and the Freeholders have announced over $86,000 in grants for local arts groups, and a 2016 Bergen County Arts Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 16. The ceremony -- organized by the Department of Parks and the Division of Cultural and Historic Affairs -- will honor the 33 Bergen County-based nonprofit arts organizations currently participating in the 2016 Bergen County Local Arts Grant Program.
