LITTLE FERRY, N.J. -- Registration for 2016 Little Ferry/South Hackensack fall season is now open, and it's now exclusively online.
The program is open to all Little Ferry and South Hackensack kids from pre-K to eighth grade. To be eligible for the K-8 program, the player's birthdate must be from Oct. 1, 2002, to Sept. 30, 2011. For the pre-K division, the birthdate must be from Oct. 1, 2011, to Sept. 30, 2012.

Girls Leadership Academy Speaker Addresses Group In Ridgewood
RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- The Community Relations Advisory Board of Ridgewood and Glen Rock will welcome Samantha Plotino Emery from the Empower U(niversity) Girls Leadership Academy at its next meeting, on Wednesday, June 15.
The Leadership Academy -- a program of YMCA Bergen County -- is a 10-month, small-group mentorship and empowerment experience for high school sophomore girls. The program covers topics including "empowered leadership, financial literacy, STEM, self-awareness, civic engagement, mind and body wellness, and media literacy," according to the website.

Ho-Ho-Kus British Auto Invasion Debuts Sunday
HO-HO-KUS, N.J. -- A "Touch of England" vintage British automobile and motorcycle show is will be on Ho-Ho-Kus on Sunday, June 12 at the Hermitage Museum.You can make a family day trip of it, strolling the shaded grounds of the Hermitage, taking a look at the cars and chatting with their owners. Hot dogs, soda and water will also be on sale throughout the day.
Some makes and models on display will include Classic Triumph, MG, Austin-Healey, Jaguar, Lotus, Morgan, TVR, Mini, Sunbeam, Rolls-Royce, Bentley and others.
