Tenafly's Kaplen JCC Awarded $40,000 Grant TENAFLY, N.J. -- The National Endowment of the Arts has awarded a $40,000 grant to Tenafly's Kaplen JCC on the Palisades, to bolster arts education in the state, the Northern Valley Suburbanite reported.
