General Mills Again Expands Flour Recall General Mills is yet again expanding the recall of its products, following a few more confirmed illnesses. The types of products have not been expanded this time, only the range of best-by dates. The company first issued a recall on May 31, following reports of illnesses from E. coli possibly involving certain of its flour products. General Mills then expanded the recall on July 11, as reported by Daily Voice, to include two types of cake mixes which used that flour.
