Eye-Fooling Poughkeepsie Mural To Be Dedicated Thursday
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The public is welcome to attend the dedication of the newly restored Garden Street mural, on Thursday, Aug. 18. "Please join us to celebrate the newest, brightest and freshest addition to downtown Poughkeepsie," the city notes in a news release. Valhalla School District Proposes Multi-Million-Dollar Bond
VALHALLA, N.Y. -- The Valhalla Union Free School District is proposing a multi-million-dollar bond, which residents will vote on in an Oct. 6 referendum.The proposed bond is $6.6 million, according to an August presentation to the Board of Education.
