Greenwich's Lynch Named 10-And-Under Swimmer Of The Year GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich's Meghan Lynch was named the Swimmer of the Year in the 10-and-under age division by SwimSwam.com. Lynch was the top-ranked swimmer in 10 of 23 short course and long course events. She had 16 Top 10 swims and set four national age group records. She set the 10-year-old national record in the 50-meter and 100-meter breaststroke events. She was also the nation's top swimmer in the 200 free, 200 individual medley in yards, 50, 200 and 400 free, and 200 IM in meters. Lynch swims for the Greenwich YWCA Dolphins. Cortlandt's Jarosz Scores 20 In Marist Women's Hoops Win CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- Cortlandt Manor’s Tori Jarosz scored 20 points Sunday to help the Marist College women’s basketball team beat South Dakota State, 82-64. Jarosz, a senior who starred at Lakeland High School, also grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked seven shots. It was her second double-double of the season. She also had two assists and two steals.
