Norwalk-Based Crew Finishes 4th At USRowing Youth Championships NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk-based Connecticut Boat Club finished fourth Sunday in the USRowing Youth National Championships in Sarasota, Fla. CBC's 4+ team just missed the medal stand with a time of 7:21.308 in the 2,000 meter race. CBC was about three seconds behind the third place finisher.
