17 Dutchess Law Enforcement Officials Graduate From Crisis Training POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Seventeen law enforcement officials graduated from Crisis Intervention Team training in Poughkeepsie on Feb. 26.  As previously reported, Dutchess County Executive Mark Molinaro signed certificates for the 17 graduates. During CIT training, law enforcement officials are trained in dealing with people in crisis due to developmental or behavioral issues.
