Ridgefield Park Board of Education Business Administrator Resigns RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. -- Ridgefield Park Board of Education Business Administrator Matthew Paladino resigned effective Feb. 29, according to The Record. A resolution explaining Paladino's employment status was read at the board's Feb. 24 meeting, The Record reported.  Members of the public expressed criticism of Paladino being placed on paid leave in December 2015 after the district announced a $1.5 million shortfall in its $35 million budget, The Record said. She also finished first with a 49.0 field goal percentage, 3.0 blocked shots per game and 9.3 defensive rebounds per game. The current boiler experienced an electrical breakdown in January due to water damage and could malfunction again due to faulty circuit boards that are no longer in production, The Record reported. Bogota Considers Cashless Policy For Borough Departments BOGOTA, N.J. -- Bogota officials are mulling a new no-cash policy for borough departments that accept payments, according to The Record.  Members of the public would not be able to pay for taxes, recreational programming and other items with bills or coins if the policy is enacted, The Record reported.
