Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Man Killed In 2-Vehicle Long Island Expressway Crash In Islandia One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on the Long Island Expressway. It happened just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18 in Islandia. A man was driving a 2008 Suzuki motorcycle eastbound at a high rate of speed when he rear-ended a 2012 Toyota Prius just east of Old Nichols Road, Suffolk County Police said. The collision caused the Prius to veer into the concrete divider on the left side. Fiona Becomes Hurricane, Could Bring 'Life-Threatening Flash Flooding' To Puerto Rico Tropical Storm Fiona has just strengthened to Category 1 hurricane status. Duo Charged In Connection To Main Street Shooting In Peekskill A pair of Northern Westchester residents were indicted in connection with a July 2022 shooting that injured two people.
