Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Shirley Woman Flees Scene After Intentionally Hitting Teen With SUV In Mastic Beach, Police Say A Long Island woman was apprehended after police say she intentionally struck a teen with her SUV and then fled from the scene. The incident happened around 9:40 a.m. Friday, Oct. 7 in Mastic Beach. Local Man Found With Loaded Ghost Gun In Cortlandt, Police Say A local man is facing a felony charge after police say he was found with a loaded ghost gun in Northern Westchester. Trio At Large After Robbery At High-End Manhasset Store Police are searching for three suspects after a robbery that happened in broad daylight at a high-end Long Island store. The crash happened around 12:35 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6 in East Hampton off Springy Banks Road, on the water's edge of Three Mile Harbor.
