Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

48-Year-Old Killed In 2-Vehicle West Hills Crash Police are investigating a midday crash that left a Long Island resident dead. It happened around 1:25 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6 in West Hills. The victim was operating a 2017 Harley-Davidson motorcycle southbound on Round Swamp Road when it crossed over the double-yellow lines into the northbound lanes and collided with 2016 Chevrolet Traverse being driven by a 67-year-old Huntington woman, Suffolk County Police said. 40-Year-Old Local Man Accused Of Trespassing At Hicksville High School 'Numerous Times' A Long Island man has been accused of trespassing on the grounds of a local high school. On Saturday, Nov. 5, Nassau County Police reported the arrest of the Hicksville man for criminal trespassing that occurred between Tuesday, April 12, 2022 and Wednesday, May 18, 2022 in Hicksville. Mineola 18-Year-Old Accused Of Forcibly Touching Minor For Nearly 3 Weeks An 18-year-old Long Island resident has been accused of forcibly touching a minor. Nassau County Police say Isaias Granados Bonilla, age 18, of Mineola, inappropriately grabbed and forcibly touched a 13-year-old girl between Monday, Oct. 17, and Friday, Nov. 4, when officers located Bonilla and he was placed under arrest without incident. Bonilla has been charged with two counts each of: Forcible touching,  Endangering the welfare of a child,  Sexual abuse. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable on Wednesday, Nov. 9 to First District Court in Hempstead.
