Man On Electric Bicycle Killed In Crash In Capital District A man has died after he was struck by a car while riding an electric bicycle in the Capital District. The crash happened Monday, May 9, in Warren County, near the Pine View Cemetery in Queensbury, according to New York State Police. Investigators said Kelly Burke, age 53, of Granville in Washington County, was driving the bike when he crossed State Route 254 and was struck by a Chevrolet Impala. Alert Issued For Missing Teen From Capital District Police are asking for help in locating a missing teen from the Capital District. Shuandy Pineda-Garcia, age 15, is believed to be in the Albany area, according to Saratoga Springs Police. Garcia is Hispanic and speaks Spanish, police said. She’s described as 4-feet-5-inches tall weighing 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. It's not known what clothing she had on when she was last seen, police said. Woman Injured In Early Morning Shooting In Capital District A woman is recovering after an early morning shooting in Albany. It happened at around 4:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, near Partridge Street and Madison Avenue, Albany Police said. The 60-year-old victim suffered a gunshot wound and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. There were no other reports of injuries.
