The incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29, at the ShopRite store in Riverhead, located on Old Country Road. Husband, Father From Norwalk Dies In ATV Crash: 'His Life Was Full Of Potential' A Connecticut family is mourning the loss of a beloved husband and expectant father who was killed in an ATV crash. Fairfield County resident Andrii Yavorskyi, age 30, of Norwalk, died in the wreck that happened Friday, Oct. 27, in New York, according to New York State Police. An investigation determined that he was operating a Polaris Sportsman ATV in Boonville in Oneida County when he lost control on a sharp curve. Box Truck Hits, Kills 41-Year-Old Man On Capital Region Roadway A man was struck and killed while walking on a roadway in the region. The Saratoga County incident happened at around 5 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 29, on Route 9 in the town of Halfmoon, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Michael Blackburn, age 41, was walking along Route 9 near Sitterly Road when he was struck by a box car.
