Here's Where To Find Free Parking During Winter Storm In Atlantic City An Atlantic City casino parking garage is allowing people to protect their cars during a pre-Valentine's Day winter storm. Free parking will be allowed for Atlantic City residents and visitors at the Wave Parking Garage, the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) announced. The garage is at the corner of Mississippi and Fairmount avenues. Free parking started at 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 12 and it will continue until 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14. Toms River Heroin Dealer Pleads Guilty A Toms River man admitted to selling heroin throughout Ocean County, authorities said. Zachary Lockwood, 25, pleaded guilty on Monday, Feb. 12, to possession of one-half ounce or more of heroin with intent to distribute, being a certain person not to possess a weapon, and resisting arrest, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced. Sea Girt police said officers responded to an incident at Neptune Beach involving a missing child at around 11:22 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10. Car Crashes Into Toll Booth On Garden State Parkway In Ocean County A car crashed into a toll booth on the Garden State Parkway in Ocean County, causing an afternoon traffic slowdown. The New Jersey Department of Transportation said a vehicle overturned at the southbound toll plaza in Barnegat. The crash happened just after noon on Friday, Feb. 9.
