Norwalk Teen Faces 5 Year For Sex Assault Of Relative NORWALK, Conn. -- A Norwalk man faces five years in jail for sexual assaulting a 12-year-old relative. Javier Funez, 19, pleaded guilty Wednesday to to charges of first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. He will be given the mandatory minimum jail sentence of five years in jail, according to a story in The Advocate. Funez had sex with a 12-year-old relative four years ago, according to the report. Stamford Man, 50, Charged With Making Online Anti-Semitic Threats STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford man was charged Tuesday with three counts of making threatening communications online. Kendall J. Sullivan, 50, posted numerous statements in which he threatened to injure or kill certain individuals or groups, according to U.S. Attorney Deirdre M. Daly. He allegedly made the threats on an Internet forum, Metalthrone.net. Sullivan made anti-Semitic posts on May 29, June 10 and July 5, according to the indictment. All of the threats were anti-Semitic.
