Somers Police Still Client Of Indicted Ex-Mahopac Fire Treasurer's Company SOMERS, N.Y. -- Somers Police Chief Michael Driscoll purchased items from a Putnam Valley business whose owner allegedly embezzled nearly $6 million while he served as the treasurer of the Mahopac Fire Department, according to a LoHud.com report. Driscoll purchased guns and ammunition from Buckshollow Emergency Equipment Corp. of Putnam Valley. The business was owned by Michael Klein, who was charged in June with embezzling more than $5.7 million from the fire department.
