Richard J. Howarth, 62, Rhinebeck Resident RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- Richard J. Howarth, of Rhinebeck, died on Tuesday, Oct. 4. He was 62. Howarth was born and raised in Lewes Beach, Delaware.  For almost 30 years, he was as an electrician in Delaware and an private estate caretaker in Gallatin, New York. He loved the beach and body surfing, freshwater fishing, backgammon, and all nature. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Laur; children Bailey Howarth of Hyde Park, Logan Howarth of New York City and Richard Howarth Jr.; and brother Walter Howarth of Sussex County, Delaware. Puzio was a fork lift operator for Garden State Paper Mills in Garfield for 20 years. He retired in 1988. He was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Garfield. He is survived by his sister, Anna Shawand, and was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Anna (Wyka) Puzio, and his brothers, Joseph, Boleslaw "Bill," Frank and Walter Puzio.
