Six Westchester Locales Rank In Top 10 Of State's Most Successful WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The career resource website Zippia recently analyzed all municipalities in New York with more than 5,000 residents, and came up with a list of the 10 most successful cities in the Empire State. And six of them are in Westchester County. The site analyzed the locales' poverty level, median household income and unemployment rate to rank them.
