Meet Coco, Hi Tor Pet Of The Week POMONA, N.Y. -- Coco is a 2-year-old female Shih Tzu currently in the care of Hi Tor Animal Care Center, Rockland County's animal shelter, but she'd like a more permanent home. Coco was brought to the shelter because she didn't get along with the other dog in the house, the shelter notes, so she'd probably be best as an "only," and perhaps best with older teens. Gov. Cuomo Expands Public Employee Leave For Prostate Cancer Screenings Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed legislation on Thursday providing paid leave for prostate screenings to all public employees. The bill provides up to four hours of paid leave each year to undergo prostate cancer screenings. "Prostate cancer affects thousands of New Yorkers each year, and early detection is key to mitigating its often devastating effects," Cuomo said.
