Stamford Student Named Resident Assistant At Eastern Connecticut STAMFORD, Conn. -- Eastern Connecticut State University student Kurt Turnier of Stamford has been chosen as a resident assistant for the fall semester. Turnier, a member of the Class of  2015, is majoring in business information systems at the college in Willimantic. RAs at Eastern are selected and trained to help dormitory residents create an environment that is conducive to individual and social growth.
