Deputy Sheriff Alexander Ruhe responded to a report of a property damage automobile accident at the intersection of Route 311 and I-84. The deputy found that one of the involved drivers, identified as Arsenio R. Ortiz, 43, of 130 Eastern Road, Putnam Valley, held a suspended license. The medallion was discovered by his son in a box that had belonged to a pawn shop. The app works on any device and can be added right on to a phone home screen.
