Worcester Spa Shooter Charged In Second Shooting; Victim ID'd A 31-year-old Leicester man who was charged with killing a woman inside a Worcester spa in November has been indicted with trying to kill someone last summer Marcel Santos-Padgett was indicted with murdering Yueping Zhang, 34, at Angie’s Body Work Spa at 383 Pleasant St. on Nov. 23, 2023, the Worcester District Attorney's Office said. More Charges For Winthrop Ex-Cop Accused Of Child Rape: DA A former Winthrop police lieutenant who was arrested in December on child rape allegations faces more charges after he was arrested Tuesday, March 26, authorities said.   James Feeley, 56, was arraigned on one count of aggravated rape of a child and seven counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 on Wednesday, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said. He is being held on a $200,000 bail. $4M Lottery Jackpot Sold In Western Mass The top prize in a Massachusetts State Lottery game was scratched off on Tuesday, March 26, in Franklin County.  The winner collected a $4 million prize by playing the "$4,000,000 Jumbo Cash" $10 scratch-off game in Greenfield. Only one $4 million jackpot remains.  The name of the winner was not released.  The ticket was sold at Sandri Stop Smart at 416 Federal St. in Greenfield. The store will receive a $40,000 bonus for the sale.  The winner was one of 502 people who collected prizes worth $600 or more on Tuesday.
