Matzo Factory Comes To Orangetown ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Streit's Matzo factory has departed Manhattan's Lower East Side for Orangetown, according to Bowery Boogie.  The new factory will be located on 171 Route 303 near Kings Highway, and production will relocate to Orangetown after the 2016 Passover rush. according to Bowery Boogie. Rockland County Unemployment Rate Among Lowest In State ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Rockland County reported the lowest unemployment among all seven counties of the Mid-Hudson Valley region, according to a report by the New York State Department of Labor. With an unemployment rate of 3.8 percent for December 2015, Rockland County was among the lowest in the state.  The state's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 4.8%.
