A major crash involving a tractor-trailer and two other vehicles shut down I-95 South near the Pennsylvania-New Jersey state line, while a separate hazmat incident involving a fuel leak is blocking I-95 North, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, March 18.

Ny-bound Bus Crash On Parkway In Montvale Leaves 15 Injured, Mostly Children: State Police
A school bus carrying 31 people, including children, overturned on the Garden State Parkway in Montvale Monday night, March 10, shutting down all lanes, officials said.
New Jersey State Police responded to the crash at 7:39 p.m. near milepost 170.5 in Montvale, according to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Charles Marchan. A preliminary investigation found that the bus, driven by a 44-year-old Lakewood man, veered off the right side of the roadway and overturned, authorities said.
Montvale Mayor Mike Ghassali confirmed the bus was headed to New York when it crashed.

Drunk Driver Barrels Past Road Closure, Nearly Hits Cop On Southern State In Babylon: Police
A Long Island man is facing drunk driving charges after speeding through a road closure on the Southern State Parkway and narrowly missing a state investigator, police said.
Kenneth Salgado, 31, of Bethpage, was driving westbound near Exit 37 in Babylon when he blew past a DOT road closure set up for an unrelated incident at around 8 p.m. Saturday, Mach 8, New York State Police said.
Salgado, who was driving on only three tires, ignored barricades and sped through the closure, prompting a trooper to initiate a pursuit, police said.
