Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Deborah Redman, and her two children, 9-year-old Giselle Redman and 7-year-old Aria Redman were last seen on Monday, Oct. 16, in the area of Barclay Walk in Cherry Hill, police said. Driver Killed In Fiery Wrong-Way Head-On Crash On Route 130 Burlington County A motorist was killed in a wrong-way head-on collision in Willingboro, authorities said. Updated information shows the driver of the wrong-way vehicle was killed in the crash, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office. On Tuesday, Oct. 17, Michael Sites was reported missing from the Laurel Springs section of Gloucester Township. He is described as being 6' tall and weighing 130 pounds. Car Veers Off Route 55 In Gloucester County (Developing) A vehicle veered off the roadway, trapping the driver along Route 55 in Gloucester County, authorities said. Feds Probe Trenton Police For Excessive Force, Unlawful Searches The Trenton Police Department and the City of Trenton are under federal investigation for a pattern of excessive force and unlawful stops and searches, authorities said. Atlantic City Man Arrested With 12,000 Bags Of Heroin, 820 Ecstasy Pills At Casino Hotel: PD A 42-year-old man from Atlantic City was arrested after being caught with nearly 12,000 bags of heroin in a casino hotel room, authorities said. On Friday, Oct. 13, patrol officers responded to Tropicana Atlantic City in reference to security personnel locating narcotics in property that had been removed from a guest’s room during an eviction process, police said. Dump Truck Flips On Garden State Parkway: Njsp A dump truck overturned on the Garden State Parkway, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 12:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17 northbound at Exit 105 in Tinton Falls, according to the New Jersey State Police. Preliminary investigation revealed a Kenworth dump truck, Audi and Chevy pickup were traveling northbound. The Kenworth overturned and collided with the Audi and Chevy. No serious injuries were reported, State Police said. The crash remains under investigation.
