Duo Charged With Driving Stolen Car, Illegally Possessing Gun In New Rochelle: Police Two women are charged with driving a stolen vehicle and illegally possessing a gun in Westchester County, police said. On Saturday, Dec. 3, around 2 p.m., police in New Rochelle were told that a stolen vehicle had entered the city in the area of Main Street (Route 1) and Interstate 95. Plan Ahead: Lane Closures To Affect Hutchinson River Parkway, King Street In Rye Brook Lane closures are set to slow down traffic for commuters on a busy parkway in Westchester County. On Tuesday, Dec. 6, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., northbound lanes of both the Hutchinson River Parkway and King Street in Rye Brook are scheduled to be closed for road work, according to the Rye Brook Police Department.
