Blocked Lane Slows Traffic On Hutchinson River Parkway In Scarsdale: Developing A blocked lane is causing traffic delays and congestion on a busy parkway in Westchester.  The traffic, which began on Thursday, June 1 around 11 a.m., is stemming from a blocked right lane on the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound in Scarsdale between Exit 12 (Mamaroneck Road) and Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue), according to numerous reports.  The cause of the lane blockage has not yet been revealed by authorities.  This is a developing story. Suspect At Large: Double Shooting Leaves 19-Year-Old Dead In Yonkers Authorities are searching for the suspect involved in a fatal double shooting in Westchester that killed a 19-year-old and left a second teenager injured.  The incident happened on Wednesday, May 31 around 8:20 p.m. in Yonkers in the area of 55 Morris St., according to Yonkers Police.  At that time, two victims in a black sedan were shot at through the car's driver's window. Repeat Offender: Drunk Driver Caught Again Without License In Yorktown, Police Say A 43-year-old who was already convicted of a drunk driving offense in the past decade is again facing the music after being caught in Northern Westchester without a license while under the influence, police said. Blaze Rips Through Northern Westchester Home On Memorial Day A raging house fire kept firefighters busy for nearly three hours on Memorial Day and left a Northern Westchester residence severely damaged. The blaze happened on Monday afternoon, May 29 at a residence in Cortlandt on Maple Avenue, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department.  Crews took nearly three hours to put the fire out, requiring reinforcements to arrive with cold drinks for the tired firefighters.  The blaze left the structure of the residence blackened. Luckily though, no injuries were reported.
