Lane Closures To Affect Sprain Brook Parkway In Elmsford, Mount Pleasant: Here's Where, When A busy parkway in Westchester is scheduled to be affected by upcoming lane closures over several days, officials announced.  Single and double lane closures are scheduled for both directions of the Sprain Brook Parkway between Interstate 287 in Elmsford and the Taconic State Parkway in Mount Pleasant, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The closures will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 31, and continue through Friday, Feb, 2, lasting between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day, officials said.  The closures will allow crews to perform road work.
