Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Fatal Crash: 39-Year-Old From Flanders ID'd As Victim On Montauk Highway In Bridgehampton One person was killed in a two-vehicle overnight crash on Long Island. It happened just before 11:10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4 in Bridgehampton, in front of 2033 Montauk Highway (Route 27). When officers arrived on the scene, they found two occupants of the one vehicle injured, with one of them entrapped in the vehicle, according to Southampton Town Police. 17-Year-Old Plainedge HS Senior ID'd As Victim In North Massapequa Crash A Long Island community is mourning the loss of a 17-year-old who died in a single-vehicle crash. Plainedge Public Schools Superintendent Edward A. Salina, Jr. said the district has established a crisis center at Plainedge High School, where Dylan Nuccio was a senior.
