GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Thomas F. Ducey, of Glen Rock, died on Tuesday, Jan. 3. He was 68."An avid sports fan, he loved cheering on the New York Giants and the New York Mets," information from the funeral home noted. Ducey also enjoyed fishing and teaching chess classes at local schools.
He was a mail clerk with Vard Smith Associates in Midland Park.
Ducey was predeceased by his three siblings.

Antonino Lo Faso, 87, West Milford Resident
WEST MILFORD, N.J. -- Antonino Lo Faso, of West Milford, died on Wednesday, Jan. 4. He was 87.Born in Italy, Lo Faso immigrated to the United States in 1963, living in the Bronx for 17 years. He then went back to his hometown in Italy for 26 years, then settled in West Milford 11 years ago.
He was a mason with La Scala Construction Company in New York City before he retired. He was a parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in West Milford and a member of the Society of St. Anthony in his hometown.

Mary (Davis) Fox, 65, Rutherford Resident
RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Mary (Davis) Fox, of Rutherford, died on Tuesday, Jan. 3. She was 65.Born Feb. 24, 1951, Fox was a homemaker. "She was an animal lover and will be missed by her pets," information from the funeral home noted.
She is survived by her husband, John Fox; daughter Suzanne Fox; and siblings William Davis and Margaret Shaw.
Visitation was held at the Kimak Funeral Home, in Carlstadt, on Jan. 7, and cremation was private.
Ilse R. Soroka, 85, Maywood Resident
MAYWOOD, N.J. -- Ilse R. Soroka, of Maywood, died on Friday, Dec. 30. She was 85.Soroka worked for Shop Rite in West Orange as a meat wrapper for 35 years, and she retired in 1993.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Rutledge and her husband Rich, and her grandchildren, Anthony Villecco, and Tiffany and Richie Rutledge. She was predeceased by her husband, John Soroka, and her son, Peter Soroka.

Richard Durante, 71, Wyckoff Resident
WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Richard Durante, of Wyckoff, died on Wednesday, Jan. 4. He was 71.Durante had a long career in radio, beginning when he served in the Air Force during Vietnam. He was an on-air personality, known for his comedy bits and impersonations, before becoming a radio production manager at WODS 103.3 FM.
There he produced jingles and commercials using his skills as a guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist. He also taught at North East Broadcast School in Boston.
