Greenwich Teens Recognized For Gathering, Recycling Eyeglasses GREENWICH, Conn. -- Six Greenwich teens, all members of the tri-state community service group Teen-Works, were recognized by the Greenwich Lions Club for their work in gathering and recycling more than 1,200 pairs of prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. The 4-year old Teen-Works project is called “Recycle for Sight.” Since its inception, Teen-Works members have received donations of more than 4,000 pairs of prescription eyeglasses.
