Stamford Entrepreneur Honored With Forbes 30-Under-30 Award STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford man was featured in Forbes in its 30-Under-30 story, honored for his worth with business startups. Nitesh Banta, 28, was raised in Stamford. He and partner, Peter Boyce, founded Rough Draft Ventures, a firm that helps student entrepreneurs receive up to $25,000 to start a company. Donald J. Gazzellone, 63, Harrison Resident And Self-Employed Upholster HARRISON, N.Y. -- Donald J. Gazzellone of Harrison died Feb. 9, at the age of 63. Donald was born in White Plains on Jan. 18, 1952 and was a lifelong resident of Harrison, N.Y. He was the son of Gaetano and Marie (nee Protano) Gazzellone. He was a self-employed upholsterer in the automotive industry. He is survived by his wife Nancy (nee Lindsay) and daughter Dana Goodfield and four grandchildren, Darius, Michael, Matthew and Lindsay. He also is survived by his brother, John Thomas, and sister, Maria Noonan (John) and Ryan and Maggie Noonan. A brother, Robert preceded him in death. …

She is survived by 11 children, 20 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Viewing will take place from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13 at Christ the Savior Church, 491 Palisade Ave. in Yonkers. Funeral Mass will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14 at the church with procession to Mount Hope Cemetery in Hastings-on-Hudson to follow.

Accident On I-95 North In Fairfield Slows Wednesday Commute Update: The accident has been cleared, but the backups remain on I-95. FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- An accident on Interstate 95 northbound in Fairfield is blocking one lane of the highway Wednesday at the height of the afternoon rush hour. The accident occurred at about 4:30 p.m. between Exits 22 and 23. The collision involved a tractor-trailer and a car. The accident jammed the roadway all the way back to Stamford. On the Merritt Parkway, a disabled truck at Exit 44 slowed southbound traffic. That incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. as well.
