Westchester County Association Recalls DelBello WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The Westchester County Association recalled Al DelBello as a friend and one of Westchester County's business leaders in a tribute on Monday. DelBello, a Lewisboro resident who served as mayor of Yonkers, Westchester county executive and lieutenant governor died on Friday. He was 80 years old.
